Mike & Melody DelpFoundersMike & Melody Delp started M. J. Delp Construction in 1982 and built a successful business from the ground up. Mike's aggressive and resourceful nature allowed him to deliver exceptional results and the business thrived for 40+ years under his leadership. In 2023, Mike passed the reins onto his daughter, Heather, and son-in-law, Ryan, to continue the legacy.
